We worked with a developer to fit out this Kensington apartment after a full rip out and re-furb.

The budget was tight as it was for re-sale, yet the look had to be perfect with high-end quality for the most discerning potential buyers.

We installed bespoke walnut cabinets throughout all the bedroom and bathroom suites, with lit cappuccino interiors, soft close drawers and doors and opulent features such as built in waterproof A.V. equipment.

We fitted the kitchen with solid recessed pull handles to keep a clean contemporary look and grain matched walnut throughout.

Needless to say, they had no trouble finding a buyer.
